At Chop House Tavern in Liverpool Street, I serve as the Head Waiter and Front of House (FOH) lead. My primary responsibility is to manage the FOH team to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining service experience for every guest.

This role demands a keen eye for detail and strong leadership. I oversee guest relations from the moment they enter, handling all reservations and seating arrangements to maximize cover turns while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. A key part of my daily routine involves resolving complex customer service issues effectively, turning potential complaints into positive experiences.

Beyond the daily operations, I am deeply involved in staff development. I ensure the team adheres to the highest standards of product knowledge, presentation, and service excellence through regular briefings and on-the-job mentoring.

My focus is on creating a cohesive unit that works efficiently under pressure. Whether it's a busy lunch service or a private event, my goal is to maintain operational standards while fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
